HOW DO WE START ORGANISING OUR WEDDING?
It’s simple! Start by looking at our wedding destinations, and selecting something that you like. We will send you initial information regarding your choice. If you are considering a destination that is not listed please tell us as we may still be able to assist you.
Then fill out the questionnaire you will receive from us. We will ask some simple questions in order to better understand your needs and to answer any questions more accurately.
WHAT DESTINATIONS DOES MEDITERRANEAN DREAM WEDDINGS SERVE?
We focus on destinations in the Mediterranean area, some of which are generally considered “traditional” honeymoon locations, and some of which are quite unique.
Our locations stand out for there historical and artistical relevance. Destinations range from those ethernal romantic cities to small medieval towns far from the tourism circuits, so you will be spending your magical moments immersed in a unique, historical setting.
WHAT KIND OF WEDDING EVENT CAN MEDITERRANEAN DREAM WEDDING ORGANIZE?
Mediterranean Dream Weddings is able to organize civil ceremonies in artistic and historical Townhalls, religious ceremonies in beautiful Churches of the Mediterranean area, as well as Legal Ceremonies and Renewal Vows events at unforgetable Castle and Villas.
Please visit our destination section and if you do not find the location of your dreams, just write us, we are always interested to develop new locations and venues.
CAN WE CHANGE OUR WEDDING DATE ONCE BOOKED?
If available, we will try to change your wedding date. However an administration charge will apply. Cancellation of the previous date and change charges will be explained to you at the time of a new booking.
DOES MEDITERRANEAN DREAM WEDDINGS CHARGE A FEE FOR ITS SERVICES?
Yes, we do charge a fee for creating and planning your event in collaboration with you. This is what we call a “DESIGN TO GO DEPOSIT” which ranges from € 150 to € 600 depending on the type of event you are planning.
THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR EVENT. Later, when you have chosen a destination and your event is being designed we require a second deposit for booking the venues and services (castle or villa, restaurant, photographer, etc…) that have been chosen during the planning phase.

IS THE “DESIGN TO GO” DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
No, the “DESIGN TO GO” deposit is not refundable. However we will do our best to replan another or similar event in a future time.
IS THE “MEDITERRANEAN DREAM WEDDINGS PLANNING AND BOOKING” DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
The “Mediterranean Dream Wedding Planning and Booking” Deposit will be used to pay the venues and services necessary to organize your event. Most of the time when payments of venues and services have been made no refunds are foreseen. However there are times when some changes are possible. In those cases we will do our best to suit your planned event changes to another or similar event in a future time.
CAN WE HAVE A CIVIL WEDDING OUTSIDE IN A VILLA OR A GARDEN?
Usually a civil wedding must take place in a city hall. In some cases they can be held in a castle or villa or some other beautiful venue. Upon your request, we will inform you when this is possible
CAN WE HAVE A RELIGIOUS BLESSING OUTSIDE IN A VILLA OR A GARDEN?
Yes we can arrange a religious wedding in private chapels, gardens and other locations.
I WANT TO CELEBRATE MY RENEWAL VOWS IN A SPECIAL LOCATION IN THE MEDITERRANEAN AREA. DO I NEED TO FILL OUT SOME PAPERWORK?
No, all you need is a valid passport with a valid entrance visa to the country in which you want to celebrate your Renewal Vows. Then, fill out our questionnaire, let us know about you and your expectations and we will design your dream event!
WILL THE CEREMONY BE IN ENGLISH ?
A civil ceremony will be in the local language with an English translator. A religious ceremony can be in the local language with an English translator and / or English. Renewal Vows will be in English language.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF WORKING WITH MEDITERRANEAN DREAM WEDDINGS?
The relevant terms of working with Mediterranean Dream Weddings fall into the categories below:
1. Getting in touch with Mediterranean Dream Wedding and choosing a dream destination
2. Filling out and returning our questionnaire so we can get to know you better
3. Paying the “DESIGN TO GO” deposit so we can start designing your dream event.
4. Once your dream event has been custom designed with your specifications (location, town hall fees, restuarants, etc)a “MEDITERRANEAN DREAM WEDDINGS PLANNING AND BOOKING DEPOSIT” will be required to book the above mentioned services.
5. Sending all necessary documents for the paperwork involved with the type of ceremony chosen
6. Paying the final amount due as specified in the estimate at least two (2) months before the event.
7. By agreeing to engage with Mediterranean Dream Weddings, the customer agrees to abide by the Terms of Service conditions.
